I didn't realise American foreclosure is this serious. We're lucky it's not that bad over here in the UK. Our shortage of houses supply has always kept things together a bit!

Yes! Finally. Ever since I heard this "lost note" business I knew they were lying under oath. Great victory for fairness. The "lost note' is actually chopped into little pieces and floated on balance sheets of WS banks that issued investment instruments backed by the debt, lured the foreigners (Chinese) in to buy US citizens debt backed investments, and now, come October, we might just see the full collapse of the US economy, since rumor has it the nation is broke, insolvent, bankrupt. The federal fiscal year ends September 1. The data of the financial state of the country is released mid-October. 48 States are rumored to be in crisis, broke. Anyway, the bankers started this whole thing. They sold the notes. They can't say they "lost the notes" under freaking oath, in freaking court. Who the hell do they think they are? Dr. Evil? "Just tell them we lost the note! It's freezing here Mr. Biddlesworth..." WTF!
