    Peter sastawnyuk from m/chr uk we had our home repossessed by gmac on 14 aug 2008 after a long battle ;sky news gave huge coverage on our case as I then tried to argue the possiblity that GMAC may not own legal title or the note . but at that time I could not find a solicitor to take up our case you are just left on your own to fight these large banks. this recent news about GMAC gives me new hope that recent findings in the US may also include foreclosures here in the UK that GMAC have done ? that we may be able to get the possession order reversed and get justice for families like ours
